Cancellation Policy

League Registrations All league registration fees are non-refundable. This applies to team registrations, individual player registrations, free agent registrations Once a player or team registers, PlayerHaven begins scheduling, staffing, & reserving space. Because of that, refunds are not available for withdrawal from the league, missed games, schedule conflicts, injuries, illness, travel or family conflicts, team roster changes, voluntary decision not to participate Clinics, Camps, Rentals, Training Programs, and Events Unless otherwise stated for a specific program, payments for clinics, camps, training programs, combines, rentals, & special events are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for missed sessions, late arrivals, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, voluntary withdrawal Medical Exceptions If an athlete has a medical issue or injury that prevents participation, PlayerHaven may offer an account credit with proper written documentation from a licensed medical provider. Please note: medical situations do not qualify for cash refunds, any approved credit will be issued to the PlayerHaven account on file. Account credits must be used within 12 months of the issue date If PlayerHaven cancels a league, clinic, camp, event, or program, we may offer one of the following, depending on the situation: a make-up session, an account credit, a prorated account credit, a refund If a program is interrupted or changed due to weather, facility issues, emergencies, government orders, or other circumstances outside of PlayerHaven’s control, PlayerHaven may offer a make-up session or account credit in place of a refund. Deposits Any deposits paid to reserve a spot in a league, membership promotion, rental, clinic, camp, or event are non-refundable, unless PlayerHaven cancels the program or reservation. No-Shows and Missed Participation No refunds, make-ups, or credits will be provided for: missed games, missed classes, missed training sessions, no-shows, late arrivals, voluntary withdrawal Conduct and Policy Violations If a participant, parent, guardian, or team is suspended or removed from PlayerHaven or any PlayerHaven program due to misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of facility policies, no refund or credit will be issued. Account Credits Any credit issued by PlayerHaven: has no cash value, is non-transferable unless approved by PlayerHaven, must be used within 12 months, may only be applied to eligible PlayerHaven programs or services.
