VolleyBALL LEAGUE RULES & REGULATIONS
These rules are designed to keep play fair, competitive, and inclusive:
Co-Ed Player Requirements

Teams must have at least 2 female players on the court at all times (6v6 format)

If a team cannot meet the requirement, they must play short or forfeit
Rotation Rules

Teams must rotate clockwise when winning serve

Maintain consistent serving order throughout the set
Co-Ed Hit Rule

If a male player contacts the ball above the height of the net to attack, a female player must also touch the ball during the same rally before it crosses the net (encourages team play)

Exception: Blocks do not count as one of the three touches
Serving Rules

Serves must alternate male/female when possible

Players serve in rotation order

Foot faults enforced
Net Play

No contact with the net during active play

Centerline violations called if they interfere with play
Scoring Format

Rally scoring to 21 points (win by 2)

Matches consist of best of 3 sets
-
Third set (if needed) played to 15 points
Substitutions

Rotational substitutions (players sub in same position)

Must maintain co-ed balance
Sportsmanship

Respect teammates, opponents, and officials

Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in point penalties or removal
